Homelessness Service Manager Location: Bury Salary: 31,335 Contract Type: Permanent Established and Values-Driven Charity About the Opportunity We are working on behalf of a well-established charity to recruit a Homelessness Service Manager based in Bury . This is a pivotal leadership position within their Homelessness and Prevention services, overseeing a dispersed housing model delivered through the local Floating Support service. Youll be responsible for guiding and supporting staff, maintaining service quality, meeting contractual and financial targets, and contributing to wider strategic development across the North-West. You will also take part in the on-call rota and offer flexible leadership support across different service areas when required. What Were Looking For The ideal candidate will bring: A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or Management (or willingness to work towards one) Proven experience in managing high-quality homelessness services , particularly within supported housing Strong leadership and team motivation skills Excellent organisational, communication, and IT capabilities Experience managing contracts and performance targets A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel across Bury and occasionally to Burnley required) A values-led approach, with a strong balance between strategic thinking and compassionate care Whats in It for You?
