Job DescriptionLooking to join a dynamic, customer-focused team in the energy sector?Were looking for a driven and organised Customer Service Delivery Coordinator to support a growing Customer Experience team for a award winning energy company in Bury. If you have a talent for relationship management, solving queries, and delivering top-tier service, this role could be a great fit.This is your opportunity to be part of an independent energy provider where service quality and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm with Flexitime Salary: 25,000-27,000 + bonus + benefitsWhats in it for you:25 days holidayYearly bonus (based on company and personal performance)Flexi-time schemeFree on-site parkingWellbeing supportAccess to an on-site gymExciting social and team-building eventsKey Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for key accountsManage and resolve a range of account-related queriesAdminister Change of Tenancy (COT) requests within agreed SLAsSupport the continuous improvement of services offered to key clientsInvestigate and resolve billing issues from managing agentsBe the key contact for AMR rollout programmes and report on challenges/performanceEnsure complete and accurate half-hourly data is shared with managing agents, resolving issues promptlySupport the rollout of new products and services through effective communicationMonitor and report on competitor offerings to inform business strategyProvide aftersales and customer care support to back-office operationsGenerate both regular and ad hoc reportingAttend off-site client meetings as neededWhat were looking for:Excellent organisational skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive mindsetClear and confident verbal and written communicationStrong arithmetic and analytical skillsComputer literate, especially in Excel and OutlookHigh attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamItd be great if you also have:Experience within the energy industryA background in account managementReady to take the next step?If you're passionate about service and love building client relationships, click apply now wed love to hear from you!
