Job Description Management AccountantBased: BurySalary: circa 50k-55k dependent on experience + benefitsI am working with a progressive, well-established & growing business offering an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant looking to work in a brand new role created to support the growing finance function & business. This role will have month end responsibilities, be involved in numerous process/system upgrade projects and have a commercial focus business partnering with the wider business departments We are looking for a Qualified Accountant who is looking for a new opportunity!Role:Preparing management accounts ensuring correctly reported Monthly P&L analysis to identify trends, variances & areas for improvement and to guide strategic decisionsBusiness partnering with wider departments, commercial analysis on products/customers and margin analysis Supporting budgeting & forecasting process with the FDInterpreting & communicating financial data to non-finance stakeholdersSupporting with internal & external auditsCash flow forecasting & cash management presenting to the FD & MD monthlyVAT returns, dealing with any HMRC queriesDeveloping & overseeing finance system identifying opportunities to improve efficienciesProviding financial support to the FD on a number of exciting projectsExperience:ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified with at least 2 years PQEExperience producing management accounts is essentialAble to work autonomously and have a solution focused mindsetGood listening & learner and keen to progress your careerAny system implementation/project experience desirable but not essentialPlease send your CV for immediate consideration!
