Maintenance Engineer Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire 49,000 Inclusive Of Shift Allowance 3 on 3 off Permanent Days (6am 6pm) This company is part of a global organisation who manufacture food products into major retailers such as Subway, McDonalds, Tesco and many more major companies within the industry. As a business we have annual turnover well in excess of 15m and have reinvested this into our state of the art facility in Burton. Over the last 5 years we have invested over 60m into our plant and boast an incredibly low staff turnover rate within our maintenance team as a result. We are looking to fill this vacancy as a result of expansion as we transition into a different dedicated nights or days based shift pattern, as the successful engineer youll be part of a small team of 10 dedicated day shift engineers with plan to expand further in the near future. Roles and Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance across a wide variety of plant machinery including multivacs, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, relays, inverters, drives, fillers, slicers and much more Near enough anything that you can expect to find within a food manufacturing facility! Involvement in continuous improvements and projects across the site. Adhering to health and safety regulations across site whilst ensuring OEE is maximised.
