Electrician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Electrician to join their team at a large mining operation near Burton-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique environment, supporting both surface and underground operations. What youll be doing: Install, maintain & repair electrical systems up to 11kV Work on mobile plant, conveyors, crushers, pumps & ventilation systems Carry out inspections, testing & preventative maintenance Diagnose faults & keep equipment running smoothly Support new installations, upgrades & commissioning What were looking for: Recognised electrical trade qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Strong experience with heavy industrial equipment or mobile plant HV switching/isolation skills (desirable) Background in mining or similar industrial environments preferred Safety-first mindset & problem-solving ability The offer: Full-time, MondayFriday, (shift pattern) Join a collaborative, safety-driven engineering team Work in a technically challenging, hands-on role with real variety If you are a skilled electrician ready to take your career underground, apply today and play a key role in keeping this major mining operation running safely and efficiently.
