In your first year, youll train with a specialist provider to gain essential manufacturing skills before joining our Burton Brewery site, where youll work alongside experienced professionals to support the maintenance, improvement, and innovation of our brewing and packaging equipment.This programme is designed to prepare future engineering technicians to tackle real-world challenges, maintaining complex machinery while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Youll rotate through departments, receive hands-on training, and be supported by a dedicated mentor. Alongside practical experience, youll study toward nationally recognised qualifications, including a BTEC Level 3 and potentially an HNC Level 4 in Engineering building a strong foundation for a confident, capable, and safety-conscious career in the industry.You will complete your qualification with MGTS in Coventry and will be expected to reside in Coventry during your first year of employment. Accommodation costs for this period will be covered.About You If your passionate about developing your skills, our brands and our business then we would love to hear from you.You will need to have/be predicted a minimum of 5 GCSE (grades 4-9) including Maths, English & Science (Maths at grade 6-9).Applications are welcomed from those with L3 qualifications (A levels and/or BTEC.
