You will also be IT literate and committed, with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems.ResponsibilitiesThis is a full and busy role and will include the following:Supporting a senior conveyancerDealing with initial paperworkIssuing draft contractsDealing with enquiries and managing sale filesOrdering and checking routine property searchesExperience of title checking preferred but not essentialSetting up matters for completion.General administration.Checking mortgage offersDealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.Supporting other members of the team whenever possiblePost completion.RequirementsYou will have the ability to confidently manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, have excellent communication skills and be a team player. Previous residential conveyancing experience and the ability to work within a busy team is essential.
