Childrens Home Registered Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a passionate, growing childrens residential care provider. You will be joining an established provider in opening a brand new 6 bed EBD/LD home. You will be given exceptional support from the leadership team with recruitment and training so that you you can focus your time on the smooth running of the home. Key Responsibilities... Lead and manage a new childrens residential home. Ensure compliance with Ofsted and all relevant legislation Build, mentor, and develop your staff team Maintain and improve quality of care and service delivery Work collaboratively with the therapeutic team and senior leadership Requirements: Proven background working within EBD or LD childrens homes Must be Ofsted registered with at least 6 months experience Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent) Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Benefits...
