Here’s what sets us apart:Purpose-driven culture – be part of a mission that truly mattersOpportunity to make real impact – influence high-level decisions and major system transformationCollaborative, caring environment – work with passionate people who live our values: Care, Quality, Service, and ValueProfessional growth – gain exposure to high-profile projects and future progression across our global groupWhat you’ll be doingAs our new Business Analyst, you’ll:Lead discovery work across the business to map out and analyse current processesWork closely with stakeholders at all levels – from front-line teams to senior leaders – across the UK and internationallyPlay a central role in shaping the future of our HRIS and payroll systems across four strategic business unitsRun workshops, gather clear business requirements, and assess whether systems should be unified or kept separateHelp us move away from fragmented systems and toward smarter, scalable solutionsSupport change and communications efforts to ensure smooth adoption across the businessCollaborate with teams including IT, People, Education and Legal to ensure everything aligns with our organisational goalsWhat you’ll bring5+ years’ experience in business analysis, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsExpertise in HRIS/payroll systems like SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP or DayforceA strong grasp of GDPR, data privacy, and system integration best practicesClear, confident communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge at senior levelsExperience with methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Scrum – and familiarity with tools like Prince2 or BCS/ISEB qualificationsIf you're a curious, solution-focused analyst who thrives on making systems work better for people we’d love to hear from you.This is more than a BA role.
