As we continue to expand, building and supporting a world-class Talent Acquisition function is more important than ever.ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and our careers siteCreate compelling content (graphics, videos, and copy) that showcases Busy Bees as an employer of choiceSupport the development of our employer brand and employee advocacy initiativesOptimise careers site content and monitor performance through analyticsCoordinate recruitment events, careers fairs, and internal communicationsMaintain internal systems and help ensure recruitment processes run smoothlySupport the Head of TA with continuous improvement and any projects which drive positive change for the team Manage the team communications via email and phone Key skills & ExperienceExperience in marketing, admin, or a recruitment/HR support roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfident communicator with great copywriting and creative flairComfortable using digital tools (e.g., Canva, job boards, social media platforms)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a flexible, can-do attitudeA genuine passion for people, teamwork, and making a differenceAbility to work independently and use initiative Utilise an adaptive communication style to deliver content to all audiences in the businessCome join us!
