This is an excellent opportunity to join the organisation as an Office Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.Culture and EnvironmentOur client fosters a friendly, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture, where teamwork and innovation are at the heart of everything they doPersonalityWe're looking for an experienced Office Manager who brings strong organisation skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and the flexibility to adapt in a dynamic work environmentReward:Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pmAnnual bonus scheme33 days holiday, including bank holidaysPension schemePrivate medical coverLife InsuranceJob Role:Leading and supporting the Sales Admin team to ensure smooth daily operationsWorking with sales reps to manage orders and customer queriesMaintaining accurate sales records and databasesConducting team performance reviews and supporting developmentEnsuring cost-effective purchasingManaging stock ordering and inventory levelsEnter new product codes into the Sage systemSetting up and managing supplier relationshipsNegotiating supplier contracts for better pricing and efficiencyMonitoring UK delivery costs and find cost-saving solutionsTracking and following up on outstanding ordersEnsuring the team follows company policies and proceduresApplying best practices to stay compliant with regulationsSkills and experience:Previous experience in a similar roleProficiency in using Sage or similar accounting softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and motivate a teamKnowledge of purchasing processes and supply chain managementFamiliarity with logistics and transportation operations is desirablePlease Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
