PLEASE NOTE. TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE: YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE ALREADY WORKED ON SITE AT HPC, THEREFORE A SECURITY CLEARANCE (BPSS) IS ESSENTIAL. Job Title: Welder Location: Hinkley Point C (HPC), Somerset Job Purpose: To carry out welding activities safely and to the required quality standards in support of construction works at Hinkley Point C. Key Responsibilities: Perform welding tasks in line with approved procedures (WPS). Read and follow engineering drawings and specifications. Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. Carry out basic checks on equipment before use. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Requirements: Relevant welding qualifications (e.g. FCAW ) Previous site or construction experience preferred. Understanding of health 'safety on site. Worked on HPC before with a BPSS Desirable: Experience on large infrastructure or industrial projects. Experience working in highly regulated environments. TPBN1_UKTJ
