Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Our client a medium sized engineering business are based in Burnley. They employ over 50 people within a variety of roles on the shop floor. They are currently recruiting for a facilities Maintenance Engineer/Electrician to look after the site. Key Responsibilities: Electrician with Electrical qualifications Carry out reactive and planned maintenance to building fabric and finishes, including doors, locks, flooring andbasic carpentry. Perform minor plumbing and handyman tasks to ensure the site remains in excellent condition. Respond promptly to reactive callouts and complete tasks to a high standard with minimal disruption. Support wider engineering and facilities team with multi-skilled maintenance tasks where required. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar fabric or building maintenance role, ideally within FM or commercial property. Strong practical skills across multiple trades. Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage workload effectively. This is working DAYS with NO CALL OUTS and NO WEEKEND WORK . OVERTIME AVAILABLE TPBN1_UKTJ
