Due to continued expansion, we now require an experienced CNC Lathe Machine Programmer / Setter Supervisor to join our busy production department. You will have experience in a production environment at a supervisory level, be used to working to high levels of accuracy and productivity and have a good understanding of quality management systems and procedures such as ISO9001 & ISO14001. Skills Required Being highly technical and thorough Being professional and proficient Understanding manufacturing processes Working in all areas of the production department Planning and prioritising activities Understanding engineering, scientific and other technical information Making smart decisions and demonstrate good leadership skills Resolving problems in an efficient manner Applying health and safety practices CNC milling and Manual machining would be an advantage although not essential. The successful applicant would be joining a very friendly team working 39 hours, times to be agreed. 28 days annual leave entitlement per annum including all bank holidays.
