CNC Operator

We are currently seeking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our well established client in Burgess Hill (RH15) You will be responsible for the efficient operation of CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered high quality components, involving loading and unloading machines, set up and in process inspection of parts to meet required specifications using a tool presetter. Key Responsibilities Setting of tools using a tool presetter, you will be producing finished components to drawing specification from existing machine programs and adjusting off-sets during running control, ensuring all inspection operations are conducted and controlled to procedure, using gauges and CMM equipment. Deburr components as required Pressure test components as per work instruction General assembly work Skills Experience in setting/operating CNC Milling machines and familiarity with Fanuc Controls CMM experience Setting of tools using a tool presetter Excellent attention to detail and used to working with tight tolerances Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 11 hour shifts 14 - 16 per hour TPBN1_UKTJ
