Product Owner Role - Leading Legal Tech Company - Hybrid / 3 days onsite in Burgess Hill based office (RH15 Postcode) - 40,000 - 50,000 + benefits G.R.E. Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading Legal Tech organisation who are looking to add a Product Owner to their growing team in their Burgess Hill office. In this role you'll work closely with the Senior Product Manager and the development team to ensure the successful refinement, delivery, and enhancement of the organisation's products. This role is responsible for running daily standups, retrospectives, and monthly planning sessions, ensuring the roadmap is delivered from requirements refinement through deployment and post-deployment checks. The Product Owner coordinates with internal teams and suppliers, manages the product backlog, and drives continuous improvement in product delivery. Experience & Knowledge: Experience in product owner or delivery coordination (essential). Experience working closely with development teams in a product delivery environment (essential). Understanding of agile methodologies and the product lifecycle (essential). Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers (essential). Experience working with legal technology or fintech (desirable) Experience of tracking product success using analytics such as Power BI, Hotjar or similar (desirable) This role acts as the liaison between the development team, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure clear communication of priorities and requirements. You'll be given excellent training and opportunities to progress your career with a clear pathway to more senior roles as you grow with the business.
