Contract Administrator

CK Group are recruiting for an Contract Operation Administrator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.Salary:£20 - 26 per hour PAYE or £26.80 -£34.85 via UmbrellaThis role is inside IR35Contract Operation Administrator Role:Act as the primary champion and super-user of the new contract management systemSupporting and leading ancillary projects to expand the use of the system within the business.Provide training and support to business stakeholders across the organization on the effective use of the contract management system.Review contractual documents to identify and extract key information for data input.Perform various legal administrative tasks as needed to support the Legal and Compliance departmentYour Background:Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experienceA proactive and inquisitive individual with a keen interest in, or experience of, working with contracts and/or legal documentsDemonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies efficiently and effectivelyExperience with data entry and information management systems is desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholdersCompany:Our client is one of the world's premier innovative biopharmaceutical companies, discovering, developing and providing over 160 different medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products to help improve the lives of millions of people in the UK and around the world every year.Location: This role is based at our clients site in Burgess Hill 2 days per week with the rest remote/home working .Apply:For more information, or to apply for this Contract Operation Administrator please contact the Key Accounts Team on 01438 870011 or email .
