As growth accelerates, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and scale operational infrastructure across the UK.In this Director of Operations role, you’ll oversee Facilities, IT, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Health & Safety, and Security - driving the transition from low-volume production to a £100m+ high-efficiency manufacturing operation.
