Digital Designer - Midweight

Leading eCommerce brand seeks a Mid-weight Digital Designer for a 9-month Freelance Contract starting in September! This is a great role to utilise all your design skills, with a strong manager in a busy creative studio. Based in Bucks and with hybrid working! Mon-Wed based on site and Thurs-Fri from homeThere is Free Parking on site but you must be able to drive to reach it.You must be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Key Notes:Experience with web design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Ideally, familiarity with UX research methods and tools (e.g., user testing, personas) and user interface design, but not to a high level.Proficiency in design principles (colour theory, typography, layout, and composition), and a good eye for aesthetics.Ability to take constructive feedback and work iteratively.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Please note due to the existing team structure, they will only consider designers who are MIDWEIGHT level, as they have junior and senior designers in place already.
