Job DescriptionA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join a growing Property and Asset Management team. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse commercial property portfolio, including industrial, office, and neighborhood retail assets, while working independently and closely with multiple clients.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will take on a varied and hands-on position with both strategic and operational responsibilities. From managing service providers and liaising with tenants, to ensuring compliance and overseeing budgets, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality property management services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations across a mixed commercial property portfolioConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulationsMaintain strong tenant relationships and support lease complianceOversee service charge budgets, contractor performance, and utility procurementContribute to strategic reporting and provide solutions to property-related issuesPortfolio DetailsThis role involves managing a range of property types industrial, office, and retail, across multiple clients.
