Accounts Senior - Buckinghamshire (Bucks)Full Time | Permanent | Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join our busy and supportive team based in Buckinghamshire (Bucks).As an Accounts Senior, you will work closely with Client Managers and Directors to deliver high-quality accounting and taxation services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders. The role also involves supporting and mentoring Accounts Trainees and other junior team members to help them progress in their development.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole tradersPreparation of corporation tax computations and self-assessment tax returnsPreparation of monthly and quarterly management accountsProviding accounting software training and supporting clients with software-related queriesAssisting Client Managers and Directors with the delivery of technical knowledge and adviceMentoring and supporting the development of Trainees and other junior staff, identifying and resolving knowledge gaps effectivelySkills, Experience, and AttributesACCA/ACA qualified (or qualified by experience) with at least three years' experience gained within an accountancy practiceStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Word); experience with Digita Suite, SAGE, QuickBooks, Xero, Virtual Cabinet, DEXT, or Auto Entry is desirableExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProactive, organised, and able to manage deadlines effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive client relationshipsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and growing practice in Buckinghamshire (Bucks), offering a competitive salary, career development, and a supportive team environment.
