Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bar operations across multiple venues, ensuring smooth service and compliance with health and safety standards. Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management. Coordinate and support events, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Lead recruitment, training, and scheduling of casual staff (experience desirable but not essential). Monitor financial performance and contribute to budget planning. ?? Person Specification Experience & Knowledge Proven experience managing bar operations across multiple sites. Familiarity with health and safety and food hygiene regulations. Understanding of financial processes within a bar setting. Experience managing casual staff is a plus. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
