To anticipate and respond to client needs to ensure we offer an exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging multiple projects simultaneously with accountability for financial outcomes of each projectCompiling contract specific risk assessments and method statementsCompiling programme of work if requiredDealing with projects across whole of UKOrdering materials for the project as requiredNegotiating orders with subcontract labourManaging internal/subcontract labour for individual projectsCarrying out site meetings as and when requiredDealing with contract variations and change managementMonitoring contract costsResponsible for collating certification and QA for the projectCompiling applications for payment and ensuring they are dispatched on time in line with the contract requirementsAgreeing final accounts with clients and sub-contractorsLiaising with the client and sub contractors to ensure the smooth running of the contract whilst maximising profitsAgreeing final accounts with installers and sub-contractors, as aboveSigning off invoices for suppliers and sub-contractorsDealings with external QS firm to ensure commercial aspects of contracts are dealt with correctly and on timeVisiting sites during installations for valuation purposesDealing with client and sub-contractor contract variationsEnsuring we receive priced variation orders from our client in time to carry out variation works and advise client of any effects on programmeMonitoring contract costsEssential RequirementsMechanical, Electrical, Plumbing experience or pipework utilities contractor.Driving LicenseProven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneouslyFull commercial responsibility for projects from order placement to final accountWillingness to travel across the UKJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJBRP1_UKTJ
