Service Manager A long-established, family-owned business with a strong reputation in agriculture, groundcare, commercial vehicles, and equipment hire is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join the team at their Tingewickbranch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a skilled team of engineers in a busy and dynamic service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Organise and manage a team of experienced service engineers. Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient work flow. Manage and optimise call outs, ensuring customers receive first-class service at all times. Oversee all aspects of the service department and workshop operations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with valued customers. The Ideal Candidate Experienced Service Manager within a relevant industry, or a skilled Engineer looking to step up into a management role. Strong understanding of agricultural or plant machinery and the seasonal pressures of the industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with engineers and customers. Proven ability to work to deadlines and perform well under pressure in a time-sensitive environment. Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
