Their Broughton facility is a hub of technical innovation and structural engineering, supplying wings for around half of all aircraft deliveries annually. Due to the increasing demand on the Wing Plant Engineering Team, they are now seeking a Design Concession Approver to support structural non-conformance and lead technical investigations.THE DESIGN CONCESSION APPROVER (T200) ROLE:Act as a Lead Design Engineer supporting manufacturing non-conformances and design investigationsEnsure all technical solutions meet Airworthiness, Safety, and Design requirementsProvide design approval for concessions (T200) and guide governance across teamsLiaise with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver integrated solutionsDrive continuous improvement and contribute to process efficiency and knowledge sharingMentor and support engineering team members in a fast-paced delivery environmentDESIGN CONCESSION APPROVER (T200) ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Active or prior T200 Concession Design Approval essentialExperience leading structural investigations and resolving non-conformances in aerospace or similar industriesStrong xjdpvnf problem-solving and decision-making skills within a high-integrity product environmentAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and quality teamsSelf-motivated, able to operate independently while supporting wider team goalsTO BE CONSIDERED:Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via For further information, please call me: By applying for this role, you give express consent for us to process and submit (subject to required skills) your application to our client in conjunction with this vacancy only.
