Digital Education Creator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Education Creator to aid in the development and management of high-quality digital education resources in the areas of diabetes and wider public health.The postholder will play a key role in supporting the company's international expansion, ensuring educational content is culturally appropriate, accurately translated, and consistent across multiple languages.Salary:£30-40k commensurate with experience, plus share options (following probation and at next round) and wider employee benefits.Duration:Full-time with options for flexible working (upon successful completion of the probationary period)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new online learning courses and public education resources, particularly in diabetes and related health areasManage and update existing educational content to ensure it remains current, accurate, and evidence-basedUse eLearning platforms (Learndash) to build, maintain, and publish coursesOversee website content related to education, including updates and improvementsWork collaboratively with internal teams, clinicians, and external partnersHelp prepare and co-ordinate reviews of translated educational content into multiple languages, working with external translation providers and internal reviewersSupport the adaptation of educational resources for international audiences, including culturally appropriate contentEnsure a high level of quality assurance, attention to detail, and consistency across all educational outputsEssential RequirementsKnowledge of diabetes, non-diabetic hyperglycaemia, cardiovascular and renal disease and other long term health conditions, with an understanding of evidence-based health educationProven experience in developing health-related educational materialsExperience using eLearning platforms such as LearnDash and/or MoodleStrong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing workloadsExperience working as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work to deadlinesStrong general IT skills, including confident use of:Microsoft Office packagesFile-sharing systemsEmail and digital collaboration toolsExperience updating and managing website contentClear evidence of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent English grammar and writing skillsDesirable requirementsExperience supporting international or multi-language education projectsAbility to read and/or write ArabicExperience working with translation agencies or multilingual reviewersExperience in digital health, public health, or online educationLived in or regularly visited the Middle EastPerson SpecificationHighly organised and detail-orientedProactive and able to work independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentFlexiblePride in your workKeen to make a differenceOwnership of tasksExcellent inter-personal skillsHonestReliableGreat communication and presentation skills
