Your responsibilities will include:Managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control for groundworks and infrastructureOverseeing subcontractor procurement and contract administrationSupporting project delivery teams with commercial insight and risk managementLiaising with consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure value and complianceReporting on financial performance and contributing to strategic planningThis is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape a major development from the ground up.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you'll bring:Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally with civils or infrastructure packagesStrong commercial acumen and contract knowledge (NEC or JCT)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsA proactive and detail-oriented approachRelevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction ManagementExperience on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments will be highly regarded.
