This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for managing customer satisfaction, operational performance, and cross-functional teams within the Utilities domain. You will work closely with product OEMs and end customers, delivering high-impact solutions that drive value and innovation.This role offers the opportunity to work across complex engagements, influence regional strategy, and collaborate with global leaders in the Utilities space. You’ll be expected to travel to client sites and participate in an on-call rotation to support customer needs outside standard business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customer satisfaction and service deliveryManage multiple customer engagements across the Utilities software landscapeDrive operational excellence, risk management, and adherence to quality processesLead regional strategy development and align with global business goalsDevelop and coach cross-functional teams spanning Services, Support, and EngineeringBuild strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersMonitor regional KPIs and initiate corrective actions where neededServe as a communication bridge between regional teams and global HQKey SkillsExpertise in Utilities Grid Software: EMS, ADMS, DERMS, Grid AutomationProven leadership experience in regional roles within the utilities or IT services sectorStrong background in stakeholder management and customer-facing deliveryExperience developing and executing strategic business plansExcellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skillsNice to HaveBackground in global IT consulting or systems integrationExposure to regulated or transformation-heavy utility environmentsSalary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits + Bonus Location: Edinburgh, Scotland Working Model: Hybrid
