We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry, this is a great chance to join us as we expand and grow.About the role:We are looking for a experienced Senior HR advisor to join our growing HR team. This role is a key strategic and operational partner to the business, supporting leaders and managers to drive positive employee experiences, ensure compliance, and enable strong business performance.You'll work closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions to shape and deliver effective people strategies, support on complex employee relations matters, and ensure HR initiatives are aligned with both commercial objectives and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing guidance on all HR-related mattersManage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policiesSupport and lead on HR case management including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issuesCollaborate with the wider HR team to support business goals and drive continuous improvement in people practicesContribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practicesIdeal Candidate:3–5 years of experience in a senior HR advisory roleIn-depth knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practicesProven experience in employee relations and managing complex HR casesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to balance commercial and people prioritiesPlease ensure you apply with an up-to-date CV.Applicants must be 18 years old or above, any subsequent job offer is subject to pre employment screening checks
