Employment Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are working with a Legal 500 and Chambers UK 2025-recognised employment law team, looking for a Solicitor who specialises in employer-side advisory and tribunal work. They are looking for either a Solicitor/ Senior solicitor to hopefully have the path way to Partner level!Location & working style this full-time role can be based in Aberdeen, Inverness, or Edinburgh with hybrid working options available.The Role:Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, outsourcing, and business transfersHandling collective employment matters such as redundancies, reorganisations, and TUPEAdvising on trade union relations and consultationsRepresenting clients in employment tribunal litigationThe ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 4 years+ PQE in employment lawA proven track record in employment tribunal advocacy and advisory workStrong understanding of employment legislation and litigation proceduresConfidence conducting legal merit assessments and risk analysisA team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independentlySolid commercial awareness and client care instinctsWhat’s on OfferA competitive salary and benefits packageGenerous holiday allowanceEligibility for performance-based bonuses (subject to qualifying conditions)Meaningful career development, training, and progression opportunities
