Tech & Data Recruiter6 month initial FTC - Potential to extend3 days per week onsite requirement in EdinburghCirca £50,000 per annumMy high profile Banking client requires a skilled recruiter for an agile new programme of work.As a Tech & Data Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping how they attract and hire top talent. You’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment process, bringing your expertise to source, assess, and guide candidates through a seamless hiring journey. Your work will directly impact careers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our hiring model.Responsibilities will include• Management of the end to end recruitment process• Talent attraction and candidate generation• Candidate management ensuring a positive candidate experience• Facilitation and administration of assessments• Maintaining and updating our ATS (Workday)• Ensuring the recruitment process is compliant and meets company policy standardsWhat You’ll Bring• Proven experience in Tech & Data recruitment, with a hands-on approach to sourcing and assessing candidates• Strong understanding of the Tech talent market, with the ability to translate complex briefs into effective search strategies• Experience using Workday• A flair for writing inclusive, engaging job adverts that resonate with diverse audiences• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAdecco is a disability-confident employer.
