Focus: US Utilities & Technology Clients | Contract StaffingHours: Mon–Thurs 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, Fri 11:00 AM–5:00 PM (to align with US time zones)Hydrogen Group is seeking a Senior Consultant with 3+ years of Contract Staffing experience based in Edinburgh to support our growing US contract recruitment business, with a focus on Engineering and Technology clients in the Utilities and Technology sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter (2+ years in contract staffing) who is looking to transition into a client-focused delivery role and expand their expertise into the US market.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients hiring contingent talent through Managed Service Providers (MSPs)Collaborate with internal teams to manage requisitions, communicate updates, and oversee the full interview and contractor lifecycleBuild and maintain strong relationships with MSP stakeholders, advocating for our purpose and demonstrating how we enable both clients and candidates to thriveAnalyze recruitment data to identify trends and insights, and present findings to both internal and external stakeholdersEnsure client requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs) are met through effective communication and proactive issue resolutionOperate within various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and train internal teams on best practicesOversee offshore recruitment teams, providing functional management and performance guidanceUphold internal processes and standards across all client engagementsWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years’ experience in contract recruitment/staffing, ideally within the Engineering or Technology sectorsFamiliarity or experience working with US-based clients, particularly within Utilities and TechnologyStrong communication and relationship management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present dataSomeone eager to learn and grow in the US staffing market
