Your new companyOur client is a specialist contractor focused on the construction and installation of sporting facilities across the country. With their turnover looking to significantly increase, they are now seeking to appoint a suitably experienced construction project manager to their business.Your New RoleAs a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of sporting construction projects from initial site assessment through to final handover. You'll manage contractors, coordinate logistics, and ensure each installation meets our client's high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on role requiring regular site visits, stakeholder engagement, and proactive problem-solving.Key responsibilities include:Leading sporting installation projects across the UKPlanning and managing timelines, budgets, and resourcesOverseeing groundworks, civil engineering, and structural elementsEnsuring compliance with health 'safety and building regulationsLiaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsReporting progress to senior leadershipWhat You Will Need to SucceedProven experience in construction project management (ideally 3+ years)Strong knowledge of groundwork, site preparation, and outdoor installationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyFull UK driving licence and willingness to travelExperience in sports infrastructure or leisure facilities is a bonus.What you will get in returnThis is a strategically important role for our clients, and they will pay an attractive salary to the right candidate along with car or car allowance.
