Project Manager – Environmental & Renewables ProjectsUp to £45,000 + Benefits | Hybrid – Edinburgh or CumbriaAre you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful work in the environmental and renewables sector? We’re working with an innovative and forward-thinking consultancy that’s leading the way in high-quality environmental data, analysis, and consultancy services for the offshore and environmental sector.With a reputation for excellence and technical innovation, they are a recognised leader in digital analysis in the off-shore sector. Their work directly supports decision-making for renewable energy projects and conservation initiatives worldwide.The RoleAs a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering customer projects on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard. You’ll support the Senior Project Manager while taking ownership of your own portfolio of projects, leading on planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, technical, and client-facing environment.Key responsibilities include:Managing projects from bid to close-out, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.Coordinating internal teams and subcontractors to meet project objectives.Leading internal meetings, client communications, and project reviews.Supporting bid and tender applications and contributing to contract negotiations.Maintaining project controls, risk registers, and change logs.Driving continuous improvement of project management processes.About YouYou’ll be an organised, proactive, and collaborative professional who thrives on managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Essential skills & experience:Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to clients.Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and MS Project.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Desirable:Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related subject.APM qualification or equivalent.Background in environmental science, ornithology, or marine biology.What’s in it for you?Salary starting from circa £45,000Competitive discretionary profit share scheme33 days annual leave (including public holidays)4% company pension contributionPrivate medical and dental careMediCash scheme & Group Life AssuranceSalary sacrifice schemes including Cycle to Work & ultra-low emission vehicles
