You will proactively analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and streamline our operations processes.On a typical day you will be…Leading, coaching and supporting your team through regular 1:1s and development conversationsOverseeing transfer workflows to ensure service levels are met and continuously improvedActing as the subject matter expert and point of escalation for complex queriesIdentifying risks, resolving blockers, and making sure controls and processes are up to datePreparing and sharing accurate MI to give visibility of team activity and performanceCollaborating with colleagues across Operations and the wider business to deliver effective outcomesSupporting training and knowledge sharing to build capability across the teamDriving continuous improvement in how we work and serve our clientsThis role’s for you if...You have strong analytical skills and enjoy solving complex problems under pressureYou know platform transfers (cash and in specie) inside out, with solid industry knowledgeYou’re an experienced people leader who enjoys coaching, developing and supporting a teamYou bring expertise in operational processing, risk management and change managementYou’re confident improving processes, managing workflows and using MI to drive decisionsYou’re comfortable with systems like Core and Pfolio, and are working towards (or hold) the CISI Investment Operations Certificate, or equivalentThis role isn’t for you if...You rely on a lot of top-down direction.
