Abouttherole Thisrolewouldsuitafriendly,motivatedandprofessionalindividual,lookingforaroletobetterusetheirpayrollexpertise.ReportingtothePayrollManager,thePayrollSeniorwillprovidevaluablesupportwithyear-endandregularpayrollduties,aswellasliaisingwithclients. Keyaspectsoftheroleinclude: Runninghighvolumeweeklyandmonthlypayrollson payrollsoftware; Dealingwithcomplexpayqueriesfromclientsandstaff; Processingstartersandleavers,employeechanges,statutorypaymentsanddeductionsincludingSMP,SSPandSPP; Runningyear-endroutinesforpayrolls; Processingaccuratedataentry; Dealingwithadministrationofautoenrolmentpensionsresponsibilities. Theidealperson Theidealcandidatewillhaveatleasttwoyearsexperienceprocessingpayrolls,Ideallytheyshouldhaveexperience ofautoenrolmentandpensions,aswellasGDPRregulations.TheywouldalsobenefitfromhavingagoodunderstandingofPAYE,NI,RTI,SMP,SSPandotherHMRCpayrollstatutoryregulations.
