Skilled Metal Fabricator

Location: Bromsgrove, West Midlands Salary: 13.62 20.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm We are recruiting on behalf of an established metalwork company in Bromsgrove that has been operating for over 50 years. The business specialises in the manufacture and installation of a wide range of architectural metalwork, including: Feature staircases Fire escapes Galvanised steel staircases Access ladders Stainless steel and mild steel balustrades Structural glass balustrades Juliet balconies Walk-on balconies What we are looking for: Competency in MIG welding Previous experience in architectural metalwork (essential) Ability to read and interpret fabrication and general engineering drawings Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship Good timekeeping and reliability References will be required Additional information: A welding test will be required to demonstrate ability Competitive salary dependent on experience Opportunities for training and career progression Free on-site parking Overtime available Schedule: Monday Thursday: 07:30 16:30 Friday: 07:30 13:30 40 hours per week Experience (Preferred): 5 years MIG welding experience 3 years fabrication experience TPBN1_UKTJ
