This is an industrial Customer Service Representative (CSR) position. The CSR will be responsible for handling phone and email enquiries from customers, providing price and lead time quotations, and entering and tracking orders. Technical knowledge will sometimes be required to support customers. The CSR will need to be comfortable with creating and monitoring domestic and international shipments of goods. Support with stocking, picking, and packing goods from the warehouse may on occasion be required.Key Responsibilities:Handle telephone and email enquiries from customersProvide price and lead time quotations via telephone and emailProcess purchase orders into sales orders using Sage ERP systemEnsure newly entered purchase orders are acknowledgedCreate and monitor domestic and international shipments of goodsProvide technical data specs and literature to customersOffer technical support, including basic troubleshooting of bearing productsConvert competitor products to RBC/Dodge products when opportunities ariseCommunicate effectively with US internal sales and other suppliersIdentify areas for customer service improvement and contribute best practice suggestionsAbide by company health and safety policiesRequired Qualifications:GCSE in Maths and EnglishExperience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Experience with ERP software (experience with Sage preferred, but not required)Team player with strong communication and organizational skillsPositive attitudeGoal-driven
