As we continue to scale, we are building a team that thrives in an exciting, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.We are looking for a highly organised and detail driven Operations & Design Assistant to support bothour creative and operational teams.This role sits at the centre of the business, supporting design execution, product setup, and clientonboarding across our Boxcey platform. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives in a fast moving environment, and wants exposure to fashion, e commerce, and creative production.You will work closely with our founders and core team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently,accurately, and to a high standard. The role will also include an element of being customer facing,supporting communication and coordination with clients throughout onboarding and delivery.We are particularly interested in candidates who can work at pace, take ownership quickly, and operate with a high level of accuracy these candidates will be considered towards the top end of the salary range.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative SupportCreate product flat lays and mockups for client projectsAssist in building print ready tech packs for manufacturingSupport with graphic design tasks across client workPrepare and organise design files for productionBoxcey Onboarding & AdminSupport onboarding of new clients onto BoxceyComplete Shopify admin tasks, including:Product setupProduct uploadsBasic store configurationEnsure all product data and assets are accurate and completeProduct & Production SetupSet up products ready for print and manufacturingManage files across Google Drive systemsWork within spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track and manage ordersAssist in maintaining clean, organised operational workflowsProduct Selection & Brand SupportSupport in selecting apparel products for client brandsContribute ideas based on fashion trends and brand directionAssist in aligning product choices with client positioningSkills & ExperienceEssential:Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and IllustratorComfortable using Shopify (or similar e commerce platforms)Experience with Google Drive and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)High attention to detail and ability to spot errors quicklyDesirable:Interest or experience in fashion, apparel, or streetwearUnderstanding of garment construction or print processesPrevious experience in an e commerce or creative environmentWhat Were Looking ForAble to work at speed without sacrificing accuracyHighly organised and process drivenCalm and effective under pressure, especially with tight deadlinesStrong communicator who can work across multiple teamsNaturally creative with a strong visual eyeForward thinking and proactive in solving problemsComfortable working in a fast paced, growing businessWhat We OfferHybrid working 3 days in our Romsley (B62) office, 2 days remoteLaptop provided25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday offOpportunity to work across fashion, e commerce, and creative projectsClear progression opportunities as the business scalesWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to ensuring:Projects are delivered smoothly and on timeOur creative output remains high qualityOur operational processes continue to scaleYou will play a key role in supporting both client delivery and internal efficiency, with real opportunity to grow as the business expands.How to ApplyTo apply for this role, please email [email protected] with your CV and any relevant portfolio work.
