We are now seeking a motivated Private Client Paralegal to join our supportive and experienced department.The RoleAs a Private Client Paralegal, you will support fee-earners and partners across a broad range of matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and progress within a well-structured Private Client team.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with the preparation of Wills, LPAs, and Trust documentsManaging probate applications from initial instruction to completionConducting legal research and drafting correspondencePreparing estate accounts and maintaining client filesLiaising with clients, beneficiaries, and external organisationsSupporting senior fee-earners with complex private client mattersEnsuring compliance with regulatory and internal proceduresAbout YouWe are looking for a candidate who is proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.Essential skills and experience:Previous experience in a Private Client department (Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts)Strong attention to detail and excellent written communicationAbility to manage a varied caseload under supervisionA client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skillsGood IT proficiency and familiarity with case management systemsDesirable:Legal qualifications (e.g., LLB, LPC, SQE1)STEP or SFE training/interest in pursuing these qualificationsExperience with high-net-worth or complex estates
