The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. Additionally, the Sous Chef will collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and maintain food safety standards.QualificationsCulinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniquesExperience in supervising kitchen staff and ensuring food qualityMenu planning and development skillsKnowledge of food safety standards and regulationsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressureStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesPrevious experience in catering or hospitality industry is a plus
