Your role will involve providing 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils manage their emotions and develop positive behaviour strategies. The ideal candidate will encourage engagement in learning, build trusting relationships with pupils and assist them in developing confidence and social skills. The successful candidate will be calm, supportive and proactive, with a good understanding of behaviour management strategies. Previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour is preferred.The School Behaviour MentorThis welcoming primary school is based in the borough of Bromley and is only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station.
