Job DescriptionRole: Part-time Finance Manager Part Time: 3 days Wednesday to FridayPermanent: Hybrid 1 day in the office every 2 week - Wednesday London: South East LondonReporting to: Finance DirectorSalary: 40,000 - 45,000 FTE Ref: VisionFR 3187VisionFR is working closely with an SME creative agency with international reach covering UK, US, Holland, Germany, France and Spain. The relevant candidate will need experience of producing management accounts within an international agency and also Someone who has an understanding of VAT and Filing requirements in the countries listed.Key Responsibilities of the Part-time Finance ManagerManagement accounts production with variance analysisResponsibility for Bank reconciliations on all currency accountsJournal entries for amendments and corrections to recordsPrepayments & accrualsPrepare and report on UK and International VAT returnsCredit controlProvide advice and support to internal Heads of teams and producersFinalising and processing Sales invoicesSupport on Scheduling payment runsAd hoc handling of both Sales and Purchase ledger - supporting the team on FridaysReview financial data for the FD reporting on aged debtors and creditors reportKey Requirement of Part-time Finance Manager:International exposure to management accountsInternational exposure to VATYou will have worked in a creative agencyMust have Xero experience Experience of Procim - highly beneficial Good Excel SkillsStrong Communication skills both written and spokenWell organised with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull right to work in the UKYou must be able to work Wednesday in the office every 2 weeks VisionFR is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, inclusion and eliminating unlawful discrimination within our workforce and whilst fulfilling our Client recruitment needs.
