Residential Conveyancing Solicitor All training provided!BriefOur client is a boutique law firm based in Broadway, Worcestershire offering independent legal advice for property transactions across the United Kingdom. The practice comprises of 3 solicitors, 2 trainee lawyers and 3 admin staff. The office is in a detached building at the top of the high street with an outside courtyard and ample parking behind.Distance to M5 - 15mins, Cheltenham - 20mins, Worcester - 30 mins, Birmingham - 1hr.They actively seek to recruit a solicitor, ideally NQ-2PQE, to provide independent legal advice on property transactions.This is full time role, working on site 5 days a week, 9-5pm. The nature of the work involves a lot of face to face meetings on a daily basis, and as such working from home wouldn't be ideal.All training will be provided in house!RoleResidential and Commercial property focused, including buy-to-let portfolios, bridging and development loans that require a solicitor’s certification. This includes director’s guarantees for limited companies, JBSP’s (Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor), TR1’s (Transfer of Title), ID1s & ID5’s. They re also involved in a variety of different commercial transactions. These are often development loans to fund refurbishment or change of use and can involve multiple companies. These transactions are more complex as they can require cross guarantees and deeds of subordination.RequirementsMust be a qualified Solicitor Ideally have some exposure to Property transactions, but all training will be provided. Happy to work 9-5 from the office, full time.
