Project Design Engineer

In this exciting role, you will take responsibility for developing innovative products. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupport Silent Gliss UK and Silent Gliss International to enhance the existing product range.Identify, develop and implement innovative design solutions that will shape the future of shading and privacy technology.Contribute creative ideas and find solutions to product challenges.Manage product development projects independently from concept to completion.Conduct rigorous testing of new developments and carefully analyse and document the results.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.YOUR PROFILEQualified as a design/electrical/mechanical engineer or equivalent professional experience.Project management experience.Fully proficient in 3D CAD software (ideally SolidWorks).Structured, driven and a high a level of initiative.Enjoys working on diverse tasks and exploring innovative technologies.Strong team player with excellent communication skills.Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.WHAT WE OFFERBased at our UK office and manufacturing site, you will also be part of our motivated R&D team located in Switzerland and will report to the Chief Technical Officer.
