This is a dynamic, people-focused role at the heart of the business; perfect for someone who enjoys discovering talent, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.Youll play a key role in identifying and engaging top creative freelancers, coordinating screenings, managing talent availability, and helping place them on exciting projects with some of the most respected studios, agencies, and production companies in the industry. From scouting the next brilliant editor, VFX artist or animator, to helping manage our talent pools and database, youll be involved in every step of the process. Its a varied position where no two days are the same.If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and take pride in being highly organised and detail-oriented, this could be a fantastic opportunity to get deeper into the creative and production industries.
