Sales Development Representative To fuel our 2026 growth plans, we are looking for talented sales professionals to join our Bristol sales team. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in GDS, helping to broker relationships with senior decision makers from key accounts and net new targets. You will work directly with our most senior executives to ensure accelerated learning and mentorship with strong career development opportunities. At GDS we pride ourselves on rewarding our sales team, so you will receive a monthly, uncapped commission scheme so your success is recognized and rewarded. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the top of funnel full sales cycle process to ensure delivery against key performance metricsEngage with solution providers across the globe at the forefront of cutting-edge innovation and new technologyPartner with SVP and C-suite executives, work strategically with customers to position them and their advanced solutions in front of key decision makers from the largest enterprises in Europe and North AmericaDevelop a robust pipeline and drive market share by securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing relationships with existing clientsSpeaking with decision makers about their strategic commercial objectives and communicating our capability to directly match their solutions to enterprise projectsDeveloping a continuous sales pipeline by researching the multiple layers of your market to identify prospect organisationsProvide strong domain and vertical expertise to help develop solutions that promote long-term engagement with GDS GroupArticulate our value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/clientWhat you will bring to the roleA highly motivated sales professional with the passion and dedication to achieve resultsWell education to degree level Positive attitude and strong coachability2+ year in SDR or strong outbound sales roleStellar communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be conversing with senior-level decision makers on a daily basisStrong work ethic to excel in outbound multi-channel prospecting (circa 100 calls/ 30 emails/LI per day)Able to excel in a fast-paced, quota-driven environmentEntrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to hit goals, succeed and continuously developProcess-driven and follows best practice to achieve successA desire to learn and develop your skills - we have the tools and training to make you great or event greater at what you do!
