With clients spanning both the public and private sectors, this role offers the chance to work across diverse industries, delivering value through skilled consulting services, timely project support, and team enablement.This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for building strong client relationships, and is excited to contribute to the growth of a collaborative and people-focused consultancy.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed promptlyProvide strategic input and tailored recommendations based on a thorough understanding of client goalsHandle day-to-day communication and problem resolution with professionalism and efficiencyAccount Development & RetentionCreate and execute account strategies focused on long-term growth and client satisfactionIdentify opportunities to expand service offerings and propose value-adding solutionsSupport contract negotiations, renewal discussions, and identify upselling opportunitiesMonitor and address client satisfaction to drive retention and loyaltyMaintain awareness of client pain points and align internal teams to offer proactive supportHelp grow the client base through outreach and partner recruitment activitiesMarket Insight & Industry AwarenessKeep up to date with developments in the tech sector, including emerging tools and competitorsUse market intelligence to anticipate client needs and position your team as a trusted advisorReporting & Financial OversightTrack key metrics related to client engagement, revenue, and service deliveryProvide clear and concise reports on account performance and progressOversee account-related financials and ensure accurate forecastingWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 3 years’ experience in an account management role within an IT consultancy environmentAbility to effectively juggle multiple accounts and prioritiesStrong communicator with a collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindsetComfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial cultureSolid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing models, and service-level agreementsConfident in presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to build rapport across all levels within client and internal teamsExperience supporting enterprise-level clients (e.g. government, FTSE 100, or equivalent) is highly desirableFamiliarity with software development practices is a plusAbout YouYou're someone who combines strategic thinking with strong interpersonal skills.
