This is a permanent opportunity offering a strong client base, high-quality work, and excellent career prospects.The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and contribute to the continued growth of the department. Responsibilities include:• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance• Managing transactions from instruction to completion• Building and maintaining strong client relationships• Supporting junior fee earners and contributing to team development• Participating in networking and business development activities• Providing strategic and commercially focused legal adviceCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:• At least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law• Strong technical knowledge and broad experience across the sector• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service• A desire to contribute to the firm’s growth and success• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in the Bristol office.
