Whether you're qualified to assess up to Level 3 or Level 5, we encourage applicants from all locations to apply.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Health and Social Care programmes, using a mix of in-person and digital tools to provide an engaging learning. You will work closely with learners and employers, managing a caseload while maintaining the highest standards in teaching, learning, and assessment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver Health and Social Care qualifications (Level 2 & 3 for Level 3 Assessors; Levels 2, 3 & 5 for Level 5 Assessors)Support learners through their, from onboarding to timely completionConduct progress reviews and provide quality assurance feedbackAdapt delivery style to meet individual learner and employer needsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with employers and learnersEnsure accurate and timely documentation of learner progressContribute to team meetings, CPD activities, and performance reviewsPromote safeguarding and report any concerns promptlyEngage in continuous improvement and self-assessment processesMeet business KPIs and support learner achievement outcomesEssential Requirements:Recognised Assessor Qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA)Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social CarePrevious delivering full Health and Social Care qualificationsAt least 1 year of in elderly careExcellent communication, organisation, and time management skillsStrong digital literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointFull driving licence and willingness to travel as requiredPersonal Attributes:Motivational and engaging approachProfessional and confident communicatorSelf-motivated with a positive ‘can-do’ attitudeResilient, adaptable, and results-drivenPassionate about education and learner successTeam player with a collaborative mindset
